Food is a powerful connection between humans and the land. Meals, celebrations, and parties are all ways that we connect through food - and gardening, growing and eating healthy food is something that should be available to all of us. We've just gotten started bringing our community together to work, play and celebrate at the garden. We hope to see you here soon!
This project, funded through a grant by the California Air Resources Board, is part of California Climate Investments, a statewide initiative that puts billions of Cap-and-Trade dollars to work reducing greenhouse gas emissions, strengthening the economy, and improving public health and the environment — particularly in disadvantaged communities.
