Goal: Collaborate with San Leandro housing coalitions to develop policies to accelerate affordable, sustainable housing in San Leandro.

Desire to see housing of all types in all places, including emphasis around ‘missing middle’ housing options, and in areas including but not limited to downtown (also in San Leandro’s single-family home neighborhoods)
