Who we are.
A resident-led nonprofit committed to curbing carbon emissions and improving quality of life in San Leandro, California
San Leandro 2050 envisions a city that eliminates its greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, to reverse the negative effects of climate change.
To move toward this vision, we need what we call Community Climate Solutions. These are projects, improvements, and action plans that are put in place for and with the community, including businesses, nonprofits, schools, church congregations, neighborhood groups and individuals—everybody. Our role is to bring people together in this shared effort, through partnership and with the help of our sponsors.
Our brilliant team.
